It is my privilege to welcome you to Shirakole Mahavidyalaya, a centre of learning that has been nurturing hope and knowledge since its establishment in 2007 at Shirakole, Usthi, South 24 Parganas. As the only institution of higher education in the Margrahat I (Paschim) region, our college stands as a symbol of progress and empowerment for the rural and minority communities it serves. From its modest beginning in the premises of Yudhistir Nanilal High School, the college has grown steadily into a vibrant academic institution.
